Ionic liquid desulfurization technology
1、 Technical introduction
Ionic liquid flue gas desulfurization technology is mainly used for the treatment and resource utilization of sulfur dioxide in flue gas and other industrial waste gas. This technology can recover sulfur dioxide with purity up to 99.5% for the production of sulfuric acid, liquid sulfur dioxide or sulfur and other chemical products, so as to realize the resource utilization of sulfur pollutants.
The company initiated and named the ionic liquid desulfurization technology. The technology passed the appraisal in 1997, won the first prize of science and technology of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and Sichuan Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award in 2010, and the second prize of Sichuan technological progress award in 2012.
Our company is the national standard "flue gas desulfurization process design specification" ionic liquid (organic amine) part of the compiler.
The company has created a number of front items of ionic liquid desulfurization technology
1) It passed the appraisal in 2007.
2) In 2008, we first named the organic solution circulating absorption desulfurization technology as "ionic liquid desulfurization technology".
3) In 2008, the first industrial unit was successfully applied to the desulfurization of sulfuric acid tail gas in Bayannaoer Zijin Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., only one year later than the application of Cansolv organic amine desulfurization technology in China. The device has been running for 9 years.
4) In 2010, a single set of large-scale ionic liquid desulfurization unit in China was successfully started up (the unit scale is 1.2 million Nm3 / h, and our company is the general contractor).
5) In 2011, the organic amine desulfurizer in Cansolv unit was successfully converted to ionic liquid desulfurizer for the first time.
6) In 2013, Cansolv desulfurization unit in China was successfully revamped.
7) In 2014, ionic liquid desulfurization technology successfully entered the petrochemical field to treat CNOOC Huizhou refining and chemical Claus tail gas. The unit is designed to be overhauled once every four years.
8) In 2015, ionic liquid desulfurization technology was successfully used to treat 7% of high concentration SO2 flue gas.
2、 Technical features
1. The desulfurizer is recycled without secondary pollutants;
2. The sulfur dioxide removal rate is more than 99.5%, and the sulfur content in the flue gas is not more than 50mg / Nm3;
3. The recovery purity of gaseous sulfur dioxide ≥ 99.5% can be used to produce sulfuric acid, sulfur or liquid sulfur dioxide or sulfur;
4. It has the advantages of simple process, high degree of automation, long-term stable operation, convenient start-up and shutdown, and low debugging and maintenance costs.
5. When the application range is wide and the sulfur content of flue gas is high, the investment and operation cost of this technology are more advantageous.
