I. technical introduction

In PSA process, the adsorbent usually adsorbs the easily adsorbed components in the mixed gas at room temperature and high pressure, and the components that are not easy to be adsorbed flow out from one end of the bed, then reduces the pressure of the adsorbent bed, so that the adsorbed components are desorbed and discharged from the other end of the bed, so as to realize the separation and purification of the gas, and at the same time, make the adsorption The agent was regenerated.

However, in the normal PSA process, two methods can be used to completely regenerate the adsorbent: one is to "wash" the bed with product gas to reduce the partial pressure of the adsorbed impurities, and replace the impurities that are difficult to desorb. The advantages of this method are that it can be completed under normal pressure, but the disadvantages are that more part of the product gas will be lost; the other is to regenerate the impurities that are difficult to desorb by means of vacuum pumping Mass is desorbed under negative pressure, which is commonly called vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA or VSA for short). VPSA process has the advantages of good regeneration effect and high product yield, but the disadvantage is that the vacuum pump needs to be added and the energy consumption of the device is relatively high. In the actual application process, which of the above processes is adopted depends on the composition conditions, flow rate, product purity and yield requirements of the feed gas, as well as the capital and site of the plant.


II. Technical characteristics

1. The process is advanced and reliable with strong applicability of raw materials and high purity of hydrogen. The product purity is 90-99.9999%.

2. The hydrogen recovery rate is high. According to the gas source and product conditions, the hydrogen recovery rate is between 60-99%.

3. Wide range of application pressure: 0.2-6.0mpag, low energy consumption, operation flexibility up to 20-120%, continuous operation time of the device is more than 3 years.

4. The device has high degree of automation, self-adaptive adjustment, automatic fault diagnosis and other functions. It is convenient to start and stop, and has realized unmanned automatic control.

Conversion gas, methanol cracking gas, methanol flaking gas, synthetic ammonia tail gas, refinery hydrogenation low separation gas, coke oven gas, water gas, catalytic dry gas, reforming hydrogen and other hydrogen containing gases.
